Wollondilly Shire Council Donations Program - Organisations

Submissions are now being accepted. Submissions close at 12:00am 30 June 2027 (AEST).

IMPORTANT: Please read the information below to assist you in completing your submission.

This form is for organisations applying for $500 for the Donations Program at Wollondilly Shire Council. 

The Donations Program provides monetary donations to individuals and not for profit community groups and organisations. The program provides a process for the determination of one-off or ad-hoc requests made to Council that cannot be made through other programs within the Financial Assistance Framework.

Applications will be accepted at any time throughout the year. Information on approved donations will be advised to the community through Council’s Annual Report.

  • You must submit your application using the Smarty Grants Platform.
  • Please make sure that you attach all requested information
  • Please ensure you've read and understood the eligibility criteria
  • Applications should be made at least 4 weeks before funding is required.

Before you begin, please make sure you have all relevant information required for submission including organisation structure and bank details.

Applications will be accepted from not for profit community groups or organisations operating within the Wollondilly Local Government Area for events and activities that provide a direct benefit to residents of the Wollondilly Local Government Area.

Applications will be accepted at any time throughout the year.  Applications will only be accepted through the Smarty Grants Portal.
